Moving forward: after a divorce or break-up
Meet people who are also coping with the break-up of a relationship. Work through the complex feelings associated with the break-up of a marriage or serious relationship and learn skills to help you rebuild your life.
This one-day course addresses what went wrong with the relationship, and also how to avoid making the same mistakes. It’s a mix of practical help, interaction with people who are also going through the same experience and emotional support. The emphasis is firmly on turning a negative experience into something that marks a positive new start.
It’s held in a relaxed non-judgemental and supportive environment.
